Detached Home Office Project – New Construction

The Detached Home Office Project showcases our expertise in commercial construction and custom office buildings. Located in Upper Coverdale, New Brunswick, this project involved the construction of a 468 sq. ft. detached office building with a walkout basement. Project Overview

Our team completed every stage of construction, from site preparation to the final finishes. First, we carried out excavation and foundation work. Roofing & Building Envelope

We installed asphalt shingles, underlayment, ice and water shield protection, ridge ventilation, aluminum drip edges, and matching soffit vents. In addition, we applied a Tyvek air barrier, vapour barrier, and high-performance insulation. These systems improve energy efficiency and protect the building from the elements throughout the year.

Windows & Doors

Our team installed energy-efficient vinyl windows, exterior entry doors, and a patio door. These features increase natural light, improve ventilation, and create a welcoming appearance. At the same time, professional weather sealing helps reduce air leakage and improve energy performance.

Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical

We completed the plumbing rough-ins, drainage connections, and water supply system. We also installed a new water heater and a dedicated 100-amp electrical panel. Furthermore, we added lighting, receptacles, GFCI outlets, baseboard heaters, and ventilation systems. Every installation meets current building and electrical code requirements.

Site Preparation & Earthwork

Finally, we completed excavation, grading, crushed stone placement, and foundation backfilling. These improvements provide proper drainage, increase foundation stability, and prepare the site for long-term performance.
